You can add the Voi 60 Package to your HSL 30 season ticket in the “Whim Plans” section of the app, within your Whim profile. Click here to find your HSL 30 season ticket in the “Whim Plans” section then click on “Edit” on the bottom of your season ticket. Scroll down a bit further the zone info and then click on “Include e-scooters in your subscription”. Scroll all the way down and press “Continue”.

The Voi minutes are always valid for 30 days, just like your HSL 30 season ticket. When you add the Voi 60 Package to your HSL 30 season ticket, the Voi minutes will be billed and become available on the next renewal date of your HSL 30 season ticket. Once you have added the Voi 60 Package to your HSL 30 season ticket, it’ll become a combo subscription that automatically renews every 30 days.

Yes, it automatically renews monthly until the e-scooting season ends, or you can of course always cancel just the Voi 60 part of your subscription any time you want. If you cancel the HSL 30 part of your subscription, both the HSL 30 and Voi 60 will be canceled when the current subscription period is over.

If you have unused Voi minutes left by the time your subscription renews, the remaining minutes will carry over to the next subscription period, unless you have decided to cancel your subscription, in which case the unused minutes from the previous month will be lost.

No, not for the cheaper price, but you can purchase the regular 30/60 min Voi package any time to complement your HSL 30 season ticket until your subscription renews and you have new 60 Voi minutes available again.
