The app itself is available to download for free on the App Store (iPhone) and the Google Play Store (Android). You can pay for your trips with the app by paying as you go.
You can order a train ticket through Whim by going to the route planner and filling in your destination. Upon selecting your destination, Whim will give you the option to buy a ticket.
Yes! Whim is currently available in Belgium, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, The Netherlands and Japan. While not every transportation mode is available there, you can use the following in the respective regions:
Belgium: Bus & tram (De Lijn), train (NMBS), shared bikes (Velo & Mobit), taxi (DTM & Antwerp Tax) and rental cars (Sixt and Hertz)
The Netherlands: Car rental (Sixt and Hertz), TCA taxi (Amsterdam), Connexxion buses (Amsterdam region).
Yes! You can choose Standard, Weekend, Youth and Senior tickets via Whim!
